The Queer Destinations Committed Distinction sets a precedent in the way LGBTQ+ people travel by providing governments, destinations, and businesses with a badge that ensures travelers a standard of excellence, safety, and responsibility. Awareness-raising is the most important step to obtaining the distinction. It consists of an educational program named Hospitality meets Diversity through our e-learning platform.

Sonders & Beach Academy
Sonders&Beach provides training within a certification protocol 'Queervadis Certified' for travel organizations engaged in a D&I mission, with a specific focus on the LGBTQ+ community. Training involves both strategies of diversity management and marketing commercial tools to address the LGBTQ+ traveller. Training is an essential part of the protocol and involves the creation of a D&I handbook with goals to be achieved. Training is open to all travel organizations.
